  1. Go to https://ecampus.phoenix.edu
  2. Enter your Username
  3. Enter password
  4. Click on Login button to access the student portal

eCampus account allows you to review or update your information in the student profile. Make sure your email address is active so as to receive regular emails about important resources, news and information.

How to Change your Password?

To change the eCampus password, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Student portal by visiting https://my.phoenix.edu and entering your Username and Password
  2. Click on the Financial Plan tab
  3. Go to Account Settings and click on ‘Change Password’
  4. You will be redirected to the Change Password page
    • Enter the Current Password
    • Enter the New Password
    • Confirm the New Password
    • Click on Submit

This will successfully change your password; you can then log into eCampus with the new password.

Username Complexity Requirements

When creating a username at the online portal or at the application center, make sure it meets the following criteria:

  • It is anywhere between 6 to 20 alpha (A-Z)/numeric (0-9) characters
  • It does not include your SSN (Social Security Number), any type of PIN, all numeric or symbols such as ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ – + = ` | \ ( ) { } [ ] : ; “ ‘ < > , ? /

Important Note: When creating a username, know that it will be used as a prefix to your email ID at the University of Phoenix which will be seen by everyone. Hence, make sure it is professional and optimal.

Password Complexity Requirements

When creating a password at the Application center or the online student portal, make sure the password has following criteria:

  1. Anywhere between 8 to 16 characters
  2. Does not have your username, first name or last name
  3. Includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters
  • Acceptable special characters are ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ – + = ` | \ ( ) { } [ ] : ; ” ’< > , . ? /

How to Recover Login Username and Password for the University of Phoenix?

If you’re having issues logging into your eCampus portal and want to recover your username and password, follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to https://my.phoenix.edu
  2. Click on the ‘Forgot Username/Password?’ link
  3. This will redirect you to a screen that asks you to choose an option about the problem you’re facing
  • I forgot my Username
  • I forgot my Password
  • I forgot my username and password
  1. Choose a relevant option and click on Continue
  2. Next, enter the following personal details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Last 4 Digits of SSN (Social Security Number)
  3. Tick the ‘I am not a Robot’ box and enter the CAPTCHA correctly
  4. Click on Continue
  5. If you’re trying to recover Username, this is the step where you will get confirmation
  6. The username will be shown
  7. Enter the New Password and Confirm it again
  8. Click on ‘Finish’

This procedure will successfully recover your username and password.
