Frequently Asked Questions

When will my courses be accessible in HuskyCT?

The availability of each course on HuskyCT varies. But usually, you can already have access to them by the first class meeting date. In any case that your course is marked as “unavailable”, you can contact or get in touch with your course director or instructor.

What if my course is not listed on HuskyCT?

Again, you would have to talk to your instructor because they are responsible for the courses offered on HuskyCT and they will only be available at their discretion. This means that not all courses in UCONN would be available at HuskyCT.

You may allow up to 24 hours for the LMS to receive the update before talking to your instructor. After a 1-day period and when you have spoken to your instructor but you still have the issue, you can contact the ITS Help Center.

What if I can’t find an activity, assignment, or exam in my Husky CT course?

The one who places tests, assignments, activities and a whole lot of other content is your instructor. Sometimes he/she may add some requirements or prerequisites for a certain task like start and end dates. You must contact your instructor and ask for guidance in navigating through your HuskyCT course and its contents.

Am I allowed to resubmit an assignment or test if I accidentally made a mistake?

It depends on your instructor. They are the only ones capable of resetting your submission since the UITS Help Center is not permitted and does not have access to reset assignment attempts. So if you have uploaded or submitted a wrong file or made an error in your assignment, you can talk to your instructor directly and ask for a resubmission attempt. It’s up to him/her how many submission attempts you can make.
